What type of projects do you take on?

We usually work on B2C websites, e-commerce and unique applications, such as membership sites - this is where we shine best. 

But we also work with smaller businesses and people to achieve their goals, no matter the size of the project.

What is your hourly rate?

We only charge hourly for ongoing projects, that need work on the regular. One-time projects are quoted and charged according to our agreement, to keep it transparent and clean!

What time-zone do you work in?

We are based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia (UTC+10:00), but we're always ready to help out in emergencies, no matter the hour.

What is the typical timeline for a project?

This depends on the scope of the project. Some projects take less than a week. Some take months. 

The best way to find out is to get on a quick call with us, and discuss it. No strings attached!

How do you charge for projects?

We have a meeting, listen to your ideas and concerns, questions, and what you need from us.

If we can help, we do a quote up - so that you know exactly what you're going to receive, and there are no surprises later.

We take 50% on acceptance of the quote to lock in the time to work on the project, and 50% on delivery - nice and simple! The exact cost of your project depends on the scope and requirements.

What does your design process look like?

We take a top down approach. We kick off with a discovery session with you and your team. This can be done over email, but is usually easier to get the bulk done in person so we're up to scratch with your business needs and what you offer.

We then go away, look at the market and how you'd like to position yourself relative to your competition. We factor in current solutions, designs, gaps and more. From this it guides the process going forward, whether it be a website, branding set, logo, or otherwise.

We are all about transparency. We will keep you up to date with changes, questions we have, and how the project is progressing.

On delivery we will be sure to run you over all the design decisions, files you may need, and training if applicable.

What metrics do you use to measure success?

The best metrics are customer adoption, engagement, task success, and performance. There are a number of frameworks such as the 'System Usability Scale' that help us understand product performance.

And of course, if you are happy with the work we submit to you and your business. We guarantee you will walk away delighted and happy with the work we deliver.

What if I need help after the project is complete?

We always make sure to help out our clients one month after the project ends, for free. This includes technical questions and issues.

For any help past that, we can work out an ongoing arrangement!
